Development is hard enough under good circumstances, and an unbalanced team can cause a lot of problems. What may have made her an improper fit for the development team was that she was too passionate, and may have pushed her teammates too hard. She clearly wanted to have more say in the direction the game and company were taking and made her criticism well known, resulting in high stress on both sides.
